Job Description Organization: MINSHE ACADEMY & ANIMATION Mode: Online (Work From Home) Boards: CBSE, ICSE, State Boards Classes: Nursery to 12 About the Role We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Math Teacher who can teach students online through engaging methods. The ideal candidate must be comfortable teaching concepts using 3D animations, real-life examples, practical explanations, and visual learning techniques provided by us to make complex topics simple and interesting. Key Responsibilities Teach Math to Classes Nursery to 5 and or 6 to12 through online live classes . Explain concepts using visual, conceptual, and practical approaches . Prepare lesson plans in alignment with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum. Collaborate with the MINSHE academic team to integrate 3D animation, real images, experiments, and video-based learning . Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and ensure conceptual clarity for all students. Track student performance and provide feedback regularly. Maintain discipline and engage students during online sessions. Record short conceptual videos whenever required for the learning platform. Required Qualifications Bachelors/Masters degree in Math or related field . B. Ed preferred but not mandatory. Minimum 0 to 3 years of teaching experience (online/offline). Strong communication skills in English and Hindi ; Bengali optional. Ability to handle digital tools for online teaching (Zoom/Google Meet, Digital Pen, etc.) Skills & Competencies Deep subject knowledge with the ability to simplify concepts. Proficient with technology and online teaching tools. Creativity in teaching with visuals, experiments, and real-life examples. Patience, student-friendly approach, and strong classroom management. Ability to create engaging digital content (preferred).
