Materials Planning Automation Specialist

Location: DubaiWe are seeking a Materials Planning Automation Specialist to drive the digital transformation of our supply chain operations. This role combines deep knowledge of ERP systems with advanced automation and analytics skills to improve planning accuracy, visibility, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Automate manual workflows within materials planning using Python, VBA, Power Automate, and Power Apps.Design and maintain scripts to extract, validate, and automate SAP/ERP tasks (e.g., purchase order creation, data reconciliation).Develop dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, Excel, and SQL for real-time supply chain visibility.Create Python tools for trend analysis, data cleaning, and process optimization.Write SQL queries and stored procedures for efficient data access and reporting.Integrate ERP data with business systems through APIs, OData, and Power Platform tools.Collaborate with IT, ERP, and SIOP teams to ensure seamless system integration.Technical Skills Required:Programming: Python, VBA, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI.ERP Knowledge: SAP ERP (including scripting, BAPIs, RFCs, OData).Data Tools: Pandas, Power Query, SQL-based databases (MS SQL, MySQL).Automation/Integration: API integration, Microsoft 365 tools, Git for version control.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP systems and process automation.Proven ability to develop end-to-end automation solutions and data-driven tools.Experience with predictive analytics, AI, or internal web apps is a plus.Certifications in supply chain or Microsoft Power Platform are preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
