Materials Engineer

We are looking for a Material Engineer to join our team for high-profile construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring material compliance, approvals, and timely coordination to support successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and manage material submittals in line with project specifications and contract requirementsEnsure compliance with IFC drawings, specifications, and approved standardsCoordinate with consultants/PMC for material approvals and closure of technical commentsMaintain and update material submittal logs and tracking systemsLiaise with procurement and site teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance of materialsVerify technical data sheets, test reports, certifications, and samples prior to submissionMonitor approved materials to ensure proper implementation on siteSupport in resolving material-related technical issues and NCRsEnsure compliance with authority requirements (e.g., ADCD, local regulations)RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or related discipline5–10 years of relevant experience in construction/material engineeringStrong knowledge of material submittals, QA/QC procedures, and project specificationsProven experience in handling consultant/PMC approvals and coordinationFamiliarity with platforms such as Asite, ACC, or similar systemsStrong communication and coordination skillsExperience in large-scale projectsKnowledge of authority approval processes (ADCD, ADM, etc.)Ability to manage multiple material packages (Architectural, Civil, MEP)#J-18808-Ljbffr
