Materials Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Material Control Manager to lead and manage material control activities for major EPC projects within the Oil & Gas industry. This role is critical to ensuring the effective planning, coordination, preservation, and delivery of materials in line with project schedules and EPC standards.Who We are?Target Engineering brings 50+ years of experience in EPC and industrial infrastructure. Join a business with deep technical roots, where your voice is heard, your impact is visible, and your career is part of a legacy of excellence.Your RoleAs a Material Control Manager, you will:Lead and manage material control operations across EPC Oil & Gas projects, including: Equipment & bulk materials, Piping materials, Storage, warehousing & handling, Preservation & inventory control, Logistics and transportationPlan, coordinate, and manage all project materials and resources to support construction and commissioning schedules.Establish and implement material control procedures, ensuring compliance with project and corporate standards.Coordinate with project management, procurement, construction, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.Monitor material status, shortages, surpluses, and deviations; proactively resolve issues.Ensure accurate material tracking, reporting, and documentation using digital control platforms.Lead and mentor material control teams across site and warehouse locations.What We’re Looking ForExperience: Minimum 20 years of hands‑on experience in Material Control Management for Oil & Gas EPC projectsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any related fieldExpertise: Equipment & materials management, piping materials, storage, handling & preservation, logistics and transportation.
