Material submittal Officer (Wood Factory / Joinery)

Job Summary:Responsible for preparing, organizing, and following up on all Material Technical Submittals (MTS) related to wood, joinery, and finishing materials, in line with project specifications and consultant/client requirements. Ensures timely submission, tracking, approval, and compliance of all materials used in factory production and site installation.Key Responsibilities:Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to identify wood, joinery, hardware, finishes, and accessories material requirements.Prepare and compile Material Technical Submittals for consultant/client approval.Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal factory teams to collect technical data sheets, certificates, samples, and mockups.Maintain and update the Material Submittal Log (MSL) and material tracking records.Follow up on submitted materials and manage responses to consultant/client comments and revisions.Ensure all submittals comply with project standards (fire rating, sustainability, LEED if applicable, veneer/finish specifications, etc.).Coordinate with procurement to confirm approved materials prior to ordering.Liaise with factory production and site teams to ensure materials used match approved submittals.Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.3–4 years of experience in material submittals within wood factories, joinery, or interior fit-out projects.Strong understanding of wood materials, finishes, hardware, and joinery systems.Familiar with consultant approval processes and project documentation.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF editing tools.HOW TO APPLY:Email your CV to: info@manpowersaudia.comCall: +966 56 320 4829WhatsApp/Phone: +966 56 320 4829Working Hours:Sunday Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PMYafa Global CompanyMateen As Sulaymaniyah Building, Gate 01, First Floor, Office No: 14,Prince Mamdouh Bin Abdulaziz Street, As Sulaymaniyah, Riyadh 12241, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
