Apply today.ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming materials delivered to site and verify compliance with approved submittals and specifications.Review material approval documents, test certificates, and supplier documentation.Conduct site inspections for materials such as concrete, asphalt, steel, aggregates, and other construction materials.Coordinate with laboratories for material testing (e.g., concrete cube tests, soil tests, asphalt tests).Witness sampling and testing procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.Ensure proper storage and handling of materials on-site to prevent damage or contamination.Identify non-conforming materials and issue reports (NCRs) when required.Maintain inspection records, reports, and documentation in accordance with project requirements.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Material Inspector in construction or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of construction materials and testing standards.Familiarity with QCS and international standards (ASTM, BS, AASHTO).Experience working with approved laboratories and testing procedures.Good reporting and documentation skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
