Eaton has approximately 96,000 employees and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.The Material Handling & Inventory Accuracy Team Lead is responsible and accountable for driving the supply chain activities in his/her related production plant. He covers two manufacturing lines (MCB and PCBA) and has key responsibility for managing the end‑to‑end material flows between the third party warehouse and the Dubai factory. The role administers the local supply chain resources and is accountable for results in the domain of delivery performance (NSOTP, OTTR, OTD), inventory accuracy and freight. A key responsibility is to ensure the successful execution of the aligned supply plan and master production schedule of the plan, in alignment with the Network Planning Organization and the local key stakeholder.What You’ll DoOperations and Continuous Improvement:Accountable for results in inventory accuracy (support DOH), freight and support in delivery performance (NSOTP, OTTR, OTD)Manage and optimize end‑to‑end material flows between the third party warehouse and the Dubai factory to ensure stable, timely and accurate material availability for two different electronic component production linesEnsuring successful execution of the aligned supply plan and master production schedule.Administering the efficient use of packaging and warehouse materials according to SCM standardsEnsuring proper Material Resource Planning and SAP disciplineDrive alignment with key operational stakeholders: Plant and Operations Management, along with all other relevant functions.Building Organizational Capability:Management of local SCM personnel and driving SCM activitiesCreate standard practices across the plants and clear development plans for the teams and develop learning organizationAudit Readiness:Handle annual inventory counts (W2W) and regular cycle count processSupporting the OPS and SCM related audits within the span of control and driving OpA maturityChange Management:Establishing a culture of compliance and adoption of new processes in a changing environmentEnable transition of processes with proper documentation and leverage ADKAR methodology to drive the changeSupport in key strategic projects deployment at plant in collaboration with the Network and Program teamsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalentMinimum 5 years in Supply ChainExcellent usage of SAPSkills:Logistics Management, Plant operations, Purchasing, warehouse and shipping activitiesCI Mindset, Ambassador of change, Inspiring leader of people, high levels of accountabilityWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation and benefits packageChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative teamWe make your aspirations matter – Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possibleWe make your growth matter – We invest in our employees for the long term – not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton UniversityWe make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people’s lives and the environment through power management technologies.We make your wellbeing matter – We put your health and safety first.
