The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, governing, and standardizing master and reference data across key business domains, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment between business and technology stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain enterprise master and reference data standards, models, and hierarchiesEstablish and implement data governance frameworks, including data ownership, stewardship, and approval workflowsManage golden record creation, matching logic, and survivorship rulesDrive data quality initiatives including rule definition, monitoring, and issue resolutionCollaborate with business and IT teams to align on data definitions, policies, and usage standardsGuide data integration and synchronization strategies across multiple systemsEnsure proper documentation of data models, metadata, and business glossaryAct as the central authority for data standardization across multiple domainsSupport ongoing MDM project activities and ensure timely delivery within defined timelinesRequired Skills & Experience4–8 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Data ManagementStrong hands-on experience in enterprise data standardization and domain data managementSolid understanding of:Master & Reference Data lifecycleData modeling conceptsData quality frameworksExperience with MDM tools such as:Informatica MDMSAP MDGIBM MDM or similar platformsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentPreferred QualificationsPrior experience working on short-term or transformation-driven MDM projectsExposure to enterprise-level data governance frameworksExperience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teamsAdditional InformationImmediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferredOpportunity to work on a high-impact enterprise data project in the Middle East#J-18808-Ljbffr
