We’ve got a sweet office near the Boulevard, and we’d love to have you in it.About the role:You’ll be instrumental in keeping our hiring engine humming- managing scheduling and candidate experience - while also helping to build pipeline for our highest-priority Schools Staffing roles. If you’re highly organized, resourceful, and excited by the idea of helping scale a world-class team, we want to meet you.Key Responsibilities:Own scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews- phone screens, virtual panels, and onsite loops and full staffing lifecycle across hiring, onboarding, and development.You will own end-to-end, high-volume recruitment for handling all recruitment operations—from sourcing to contracting and evaluation—across ClassSupervisor, School Leads, Teachers, and School Managers.You will plan and run large-scale hiring campaigns via sourcing through a variety of sources, including the Internet, professional associations, networking, ads, WhatsApp channels.Forecast staff demand and ensure supply readiness by school, role, and timelineBuild systems to track staffing metrics, performance, and deployment progress.Align with Ops, Learning, Admissions, and Product to ensure smooth school launches, Surface risks, unblock bottlenecks, and continuously improve staffing processesRequirements1+ years of experience in recruitingStrong planning, coordination, and systems thinking skillsData-driven, organised, and execution-focusedArabic fluency required; English is preferredBackground in educational sector, large-scale hiring, or large event planning in KSA is a plus.Why work at Noon?Solving the Biggest Problem in Education: We’re addressing the most important and challenging issue in the sector—scaling star teachers and making learning fun.Innovation at a Global Scale: Noon leads in edtech innovation; we are not a copycat.
