Permanent Position: Mason Al Muhandes HR Consultancy is a leading HR solutions provider in Dubai United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a skilled Mason to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As a Mason you will be responsible for constructing and repairing buildings walls and other structures using a variety of materials such as brick concrete and stone. You will work closely with our construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Construct and repair buildings walls and other structures using various materials such as brick concrete and stone - Read and interpret blueprints and plans to determine materials needed and layout of structures - Measure and cut materials to the required size using hand and power tools - Lay out patterns or foundations using straightedges rules and string - Mix and apply mortar or other bonding materials to join materials together - Install and align bricks stones or other materials in horizontal and vertical rows - Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools - Repair and maintain existing structures by replacing or repairing damaged bricks stones or other materials - Follow all safety procedures and regulations on construction sites - Work closely with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards - Keep work area clean and organized at all times Requirements: - Proven experience as a Mason or similar role - High school diploma or equivalent - Knowledge of construction materials tools and techniques - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans - Strong math skills and ability to accurately measure and cut materials - Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time - Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Valid UAE drivers license preferred If you are a skilled Mason looking for a new opportunity in Dubai we encourage you to apply for this full-time permanent position with Al Muhandes HR Consultancy.
