Marshalling & Security Coordinator

Job PurposeTo ensure the safe, organized, and secure movement of employees and transportation resources in support of ongoing security operations in the UAE, providing point-to-point coordination and on-ground guidance.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the movement of up to 3,000 employees, ensuring security compliance and timely arrival at designated locations.Manage employee grouping, bus onboarding, and border checkpoints, providing clear instructions and guidance to maintain order.Direct employees to hotels, airports, and other designated areas while ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.Oversee the operation and safety of 50+ buses, monitoring schedules, routes, and responding promptly to any security or logistical issues.Act as the primary liaison for bus drivers, site staff, and employee groups, resolving operational and security challenges in real-time.Ensure all activities adhere to UAE security regulations, company policies, and safety standards.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational, coordination, and crowd management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to handle large groups safely under high-pressure situations.Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Prior experience in security operations, marshalling, or logistics coordination is preferred.Reporting ToSecurity Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
