Markets Risk Analyst

Job Description Role Overview: You will be working as a Markets Risk Analyst based in Bengaluru, responsible for accurate and timely analysis of Traded & Non-Traded Market Risk. Your main tasks will involve creating, maintaining, and extending an analytics & reporting infrastructure, as well as running associated BAU procedures. Collaboration with Global Market Risk stakeholders, Markets Risk Analytics colleagues, and external Global teams will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and execute the Division's complex Market Risk analytics procedures - Distribute and communicate information to risk managers and senior management clearly - Monitor system integrity and performance to identify and resolve issues promptly - Conceptualize enhancements to strengthen risk governance and adherence to prudential Standards - Collaborate actively with Technology to deliver enhancements - Brief and work with the Head of Markets Risk Analytics and Market Risk stakeholders across locations - Establish credibility, integrity, and technical excellence in your role Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience in Markets Risk - Excellent analytical skills, with an advanced understanding of risk analytics - Ability to collaborate, build teams, and deliver results - Understanding of Technology, MIS components, and data management - Self-motivation and clear communication skills Additional Company Details: At ANZ, the focus is on shaping a world where people and communities thrive.
