Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content, designing marketing materials, and running advertising campaigns. This role aims to enhance brand visibility, increase audience engagement, and support overall marketing objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and update the company’s social media accounts across all platforms.Develop and execute monthly content plans aligned with marketing goals.Design marketing materials including posts, visuals, videos, and promotional graphics.Create and manage advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, and optimize their performance.Write creative and engaging marketing content that reflects the brand identity.Monitor trends, analyze competitors, and suggest improvement strategies.Prepare regular performance reports for social media and ad campaigns.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in marketing or social media management.Proficiency in design tools.Basic photography and content production skills are a plus.Strong understanding of digital advertising and performance metrics.Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.Creative, proactive, and able to work under pressure.Strong communication and teamwork skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
