<div><p>Magna Financial is a specialist foreign exchange provider with a strong presence in the UAE, UK, and Spain, whilst growing across the wider European region; Providing currency services to both Corporate and Private Clients globally. We believe service is of paramount importance, therefore we provide a premium service to all clients, combining a depth of specialist expertise and market insight.</p><h3>About the role</h3><p>We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our marketing function. This is a standalone role, offering a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in marketing who is ready to step up, take initiative, and make a real impact.</p><p>You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering Magna’s marketing activity across digital channels, working closely with internal teams but ultimately owning the direction and execution. This is a full-time, permanent position and not open to freelancers or part-time applicants.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Running our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and others</li><li>Creating and publishing content, from short-form posts to longer-form pieces</li><li>Monitoring engagement and tracking performance to continuously improve output</li><li>Supporting and managing paid campaigns across channels like Google and Meta</li><li>Coordinating email marketing campaigns and client communications</li><li>Keeping website content up to date and aligned with our brand</li><li>Working with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather content and maintain consistency</li><li>Supporting wider brand and marketing initiatives as the business grows</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in a marketing role where you’ve had hands‑on responsibility</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>A proactive mindset with the confidence to bring ideas forward and execute them</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Experience with email marketing platforms, analytics tools, or content creation (including video or design) would be beneficial, but not essential.</li><li>Photography or video editing skills are a plus</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
