<div><p>We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for preparing marketing collateral for promoting the company through various outlets including the company website, social media platforms, newsletters and PR/press outlets as well as at industry and internal events.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>In addition, the role will support external PR consultants with asset collation and management. Your graphic design expertise will be valuable to suggest and develop new ideas to improve marketing effectiveness when required. The role will report to the Associate of Marketing&BD and will involve much collaboration with colleagues across international offices.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Study and understand the Company Brand, Story, Mission, Vision and Values.</li><li>Contribute regularly to website updates and changes. Manage this process under guidance.</li><li>Manage brand collateral under the guidance of the Associate-Marketing&BD.</li><li>Prepare social media posts and articles for the press in line with agreed marketing campaigns.</li><li>Coordinate with the external PR consultant on collation of assets, populating of the backlinks, managing online company press accounts.</li><li>Contribute to planning of high quality, innovative and competitive social media, press and ad campaigns in line with the agreed calendar and under supervision.</li><li>Coordinate marketing photography needs under supervision, organise acquisition either through site visits by photographers or licences, and manage both access and publication permission requests.</li><li>Manage external and internal event attendance/participation/collateral preparation to include talk slides, branded material, signage, invitations etc.</li><li>Assist with in‑house knowledge sharing through talks programme coordination.</li><li>Contribute to intranet design development and takes responsibility for marketing updates.</li><li>Assist with in‑house software training for Adobe programs.</li><li>Compilation of Industry Award submissions as necessary.</li><li>Coordinate and regularly communicates with all staff disciplines, e.g. architects, graphic artists, quantity surveyors, engineers, landscape designers, urban designers, etc.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>BSc (Hons) or BA (Hons) in Landscape Architecture/Architecture/Urban Planning/Graphic Design/Design Technology or equivalent.</li><li>3 years post‑graduate experience in an architecture/landscape architecture/graphic design/image research/digital media role preferably within the AEC industry.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Awareness of AEC disciplines and industry and of related environmental and technical issues.</li><li>Creative, innovative and engaging graphic and written presentation skills.</li><li>Understanding of story‑telling and the value of compelling narrative to support the marketing strategy.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite skills – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro experience is essential.</li><li>Good knowledge and use of MS Office (especially Word and PowerPoint), WordPress with Elementor essential and staying abreast of latest design tools and technologies.</li><li>Good working knowledge of worldwide statutory copyright legislation, a good understanding of commercial/legal confidentiality requirements and privacy/duty of care requirements to clients, staff and public.</li><li>Good knowledge and awareness of NDAs and commercial sensitivities and the ability to flag items to Line Manager that may need raising for Director level decision.</li><li>Working knowledge of SEO/SEM/AEO highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of UI/UX highly desirable.</li><li>Good knowledge of Sharepoint desirable.</li><li>A strong interest in and knowledge of the application of AI enabled software for efficiency and creativity.</li><li>Knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) organisation and operation an advantage.</li><li>Experience in the use of LinkedIn and Instagram for design industry marketing.</li><li>Understanding of operation of Hootsuite or similar for social media calendar coordination and HubSpot or similar for newsletter marketing.</li><li>Experience of event organisation and knowledge of Industry Awards submission procedures an advantage.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Effective and creative communication skills (verbal, written and graphic) in English. Excellent vocabulary and accurate written English is a must.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, multitask, manage priorities, meet timelines.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a collaborative team.</li><li>A willingness to share information, learning&new skills.</li><li>A willingness to be trained and to learn new skills in areas required to perform the role.</li><li>A friendly and approachable manner at all times, an ability to be sensitive to and navigate around the design team
