Job Description

As theMarketing Specialist, you will directly report to theMarketing Manager. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Market Research and AnalysisConduct market research to understand the demand for EV chargers in Dubai and the UAE.Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Marketing Strategy and ExecutionSupport the development and execution of marketing plans aimed at increasing brand awareness and market penetration.Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and events.Brand ManagementMaintain and enhance the company’s brand image.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials, platforms, and communications.Content Creation and Social Media ManagementCreate engaging content for social media platforms, website, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels as required.Develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and corporate profiles.Be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s social media accounts, the CEO’s professional social media account, and the WattsWhere social media platforms.Work on planning, creating, filming, and publishing social media content aligned with marketing objectives.Digital MarketingManage and optimize the company’s online presence, including the website and social media platforms.Support SEO, SEM, and PPC activities to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve online visibility.Events and External ActivitiesOrganize and participate in industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, workshops, and promotional activities.Visit project sites to film client testimonials, installations, and other marketing-related content.Internal Collaboration and SupportWork closely with sales, technical, operations, and other departments to align marketing strategies with sales and business goals.Coordinate with different departments to prepare company profiles, internal presentations, and marketing materials required for internal and external use.Training and Internal EngagementDeliver marketing-related presentations during internship programs.Provide basic training and guidance to the technical team on camera presence, filming requirements, and on-site behavior aligned with marketing and branding standards.Customer EngagementEngage with customers through various channels to support relationship building, brand trust, and customer satisfaction.Reporting and Performance MonitoringMonitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.Use data and analytics to measure performance and support informed decision-making.SkillsExperience with production coordination (scheduling, post-production handoffs)Background in paid social advertisingEye for design and basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva#J-18808-Ljbffr
