Key Responsibilities:Own the creative process end-to-end, from concept to executionDrive brand visual identity and content strategy across paid advertising and social mediaLead and manage the relationship with our social media agency, setting direction and ensuring brand alignmentUse AI-powered tools to produce and iterate on visual contentCoordinate photo and video shoots with external partners, including briefing, logistics, and asset approvalsCoordinate the end-to-end production of creatives for paid ads, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistencyBe hands‑on with creative tweaks — from resizing assets to adjusting copy or visuals — stepping in directly when speed or quality demands itWrite compelling copy for ads, captions, campaigns, and other marketing materialsReview and provide actionable creative feedback on agency deliverablesRequirementsSkills and Qualifications:5–6 years of experience in a creative marketing or content rolePortfolio showcasing both visual and written work samplesProven experience managing external agencies or creative partnersHands‑on experience with AI content creation toolsFamiliarity with photo and video production workflowsExcellent written communication and copy writing skillsNice to HaveExperience with production coordination (scheduling, post‑production handoffs)Background in paid social advertisingEye for design and basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite or CanvaBenefitsHealth insuranceLife insurancePreferential price for retail cars upon completion of probation periodDo you want to be part of this story?
