In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing marketing strategies across our newest growth areas, including Grocery, Retail, Deliveroo Plus, and strategic partnerships.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be joining the Marketing team. We are a fast-moving group focused on driving customer acquisition and loyalty through creative campaigns and data-led promotions. You will play a vital role in managing our promotional calendars and expanding our "Plus" subscriber base.Here’s What Your Day-to-day Might Look LikeDrive Customer Growth: Execute the monthly new customer acquisition strategy by submitting campaign briefs and managing T&Cs to drive incremental growth.Manage Promotional Calendars: Own the end-to-end execution of promotions for new verticals (Grocery/Retail) and Deliveroo Plus, from initial setup to spend tracking.Strategic Partnerships: Lead the operational setup of partner‑specific promotions and conduct adoption analysis to measure campaign success.Competitive Intelligence: Undertake monthly competitor analysis and monitor market trends to ensure Deliveroo remains the platform of choice.Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with CRM, Digital Media, Finance, and Studio teams to develop cohesive marketing plans and ensure smooth campaign launches.What You’ll Need to ThriveOperational Marketing Experience: Significant experience managing marketing campaigns operationally within complex work structures.Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken Arabic is essential, alongside a strong standard of English.Data‑Driven Mindset: Proven ability to use data and consumer insights to inform marketing execution and promotion tracking.Project Coordination: Strong skills in managing timelines and coordinating across multiple departments, including Product and Operations.Eligibility: Must hold a UAE passport and Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid).Nice to HaveExperience working in a high‑growth tech or e‑commerce environment.A strong understanding of the UAE grocery and retail landscape.Why Join Us?At Deliveroo, You’ll Do Work That Matters, Solving Real‑world Problems In a Three‑sided Marketplace That’s Constantly Evolving.
