You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities assessing lead quality and ensuring a smooth handover to our frontline sales team.Key responsibilities:CRM Management: Maintain and update leads in Prospecting: Conduct desktop research to identify new prospects and leverage field team insightsOutbound Engagement: Initiate outbound calls and create new leadsLead Qualification:Score and assess leads based on data quality and completenessEvaluate asset eligibility for upgrades or additional servicesInitiate customer conversations to understand needs and gauge interestReview data qualified lead (DQL) and updating SFDCLead Scoring:Assess data quality & completenessIdentify whether current assets are eligible for upgrade / updating including any recent worksAssess opportunities for additional servicesConfirm whether customer has budget authority need & timing (Lead scoring)Lead Management & Lead Nurturing:Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representativesConvert leads into opportunities or schedule for future re-engagementManage and support campaign executionFocus Areas: Lifecycle & Modernization (L&M) ; Upgrades Spare Parts; New Maintenance ContractsWhat we look for:Fluent working knowledge of Arabic and EnglishPrevious experience in inside sales telemarketing or other business-related roles is an advantageBachelors degree is required but we are open to considering various fields of studyProficient in MS Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and internet-based toolsStrong customer empathy and ability to build lasting relationshipsHighly adaptable with a strong desire to learn and growExcellent communication and active listening skillsProven ability to multitask prioritize effectively and manage time efficiently#LI-HybridRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Business,Information Management,Accounting,Corporate Risk Management,Faculty,Jms Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
