<div><p>Our Client in Abu Dhabi is looking for a BRANDING OFFICER.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>4-9 years experience with at least 3 years of relevant Communication and Brand Management experience in Real Estate sector</li><li>Strong digital and social media analytics skills</li><li>Managing marketing RFPs from release, to evaluating, assessing and executing</li><li>Competitor mapping, analyzing marketing trends and bring in best practices to the organization</li><li>Strong Google analytics and campaign management skills. Ideally a Google certified professional</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assists Sales and Marketing Manager to manage relationship with the local, regional and international media to promote the image of the company</li><li>Prepares branding material, real estate collaterals and other editorial content as required by other departments to ensure the desired impact on the target audience.</li><li>Identifies target clients and markets in consultation with Sales and Marketing Officer.</li><li>Represents company's existing and upcoming developments for leasing and selling in the business exhibitions.</li><li>Coordinates and facilitates communication between Company and local/regional media companies.</li><li>Conducts market research in order to identify market requirements in leasing and selling properties.</li><li>Collaborate with third party advertising agencies for brand management and communications.</li><li>Communicate marketing programs to internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Maintains good understanding of all company's properties available for leasing and selling.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
