Job DescriptionAs the Marketing Officer for Park House English School, you will work in close partnership with the regional ISP Marketing Team, the school’s Principal and the school’s admissions team to drive demand for our school in a way that builds positive memorability as well as qualified leads. The post holder will develop and execute integrated (multi-touchpoint) campaigns to build brand awareness, attract qualified leads and nurture them through to enrolment.The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across both online and offline touchpoints in the private education sector, while managing expectations across a number of internal and external stakeholders. The candidate should be equally proficient with day‑to‑day marketing operations, creative content development (written and visual), and strive under tight deadlines to meet the school’s changing needs.Marketing Officer Key ResponsibilitiesSchool-level marketing strategy & planning (in partnership with regional marketing team & school Leadership Team)Develop the annual marketing plan designed for driving positive awareness of the school, qualified leads, enrolment growth and retentionEnsure this plan is on track throughout the year and proactively communicate to key stakeholders when there are risks, providing ideas for mitigating those risks.Brand management (in partnership with regional marketing team & school LT)Ensure brand and key messages are very clearly and consistently communicated across all marketing communicationsAct as brand guardian across the school to ensure teachers and staff also convey same messagingContent marketing (in partnership with Regional Marketing Team and Admissions team)Plan the overall content calendar for the school across social media, email, website and other relevant touchpoints.Look for stories happening within the school that demonstrate the key messaging and brand values in action; capture these moments through photography & videography to use in marketing content (collaborating with internal staff where necessary)Develop marketing content, review it for accuracy, arrange signoff, get it published/promoted across the relevant touch pointsSchool WebsiteEnsure all content on the website is up to date and correct, and checking that all pages and functionalities are working properly.Plan & execute new content for the website, taking into consideration the school’s marketing strategy and objectivesSocial Media Marketing & Community ManagementProactively manage the school’s social media presenceCreate and post engaging content (text, image and video)Continuously monitor comments and messages, promptly responding as per community management guidelinesReport on performance with recommendations for improvementEmail/CRM (in partnership with Admissions & Regional Marketing Team)Plan, design, review and dispatch emails to prospective parentsReview performance of emails and optimize accordinglyEvents (in partnership with Admissions & Regional Marketing Team)Collaborate with Admissions on the event calendar to drive new enrolments and retentionCollaborate with regional marketing team to promote the above admissions/retention events via email, whatsapp, website, social, on‑premises content.Internal comms & PR: Support with PR/Comms content development and distribution on an as‑need basis, in partnership with Regional Marketing Team and school LT.Offline marketing collateral planning: Partner with school LT and regional marketing teams to develop environmental branding, OOH placements, giveaways, etcWord Of Mouth marketing:Actively gather parent testimonials and promote on website, social etc.Actively manage reviews on third party sitesOther ResponsibilitiesFlexibility on duties performed in this role is required in order to play to the strengths of the post holder and the needs of the school.Candidate Profile3+ years experience in marketing or marketing communicationsExperience in schools is preferableCreative and self‑motivated individual who likes working in a fast‑pace environmentPerformance/impact orientedStrong ownership of work with a hunger to “get it done” and “get it done well”Strong stakeholder management skills, as you will be dealing with strong charactersExcellent planning, project management & prioritisation skillsStrong content creation skills: Photography, capturing and editing videos, creating content via tools like Canva, writing punchy and grammatically correct captions, etc.Good knowledge of social media managementExperience creating emails and using CRM toolsExperience editing websites via CMS systemsExcellent attention to detail, especially with regards to content proofingTeam player with a collaborative approachISP PrinciplesBegin with our children and students.
