DIGITAL MARKETING SUPPORT</h3><ul><li>Support execution of<b>social media, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing campaigns</b>.</li><li>Coordinate with agencies on campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and elevate issues where required.</li></ul><h3>3. CONTENT&BRAND MANAGEMENT</h3><ul><li>Coordinate creation of marketing content including<b>social media posts, website content, and promotional materials</b>.</li><li>Ensure all content aligns with<b>brand tone, messaging, and visual identity</b>.</li><li>Maintain content calendars and ensure consistency across channels.</li></ul><h3>4. PERFORMANCE TRACKING&REPORTING</h3><ul><li>Track campaign performance using defined KPIs (leads, conversions, engagement, ROI).</li><li>Prepare regular reports and dashboards for marketing leadership.</li><li>Support data‑driven decision‑making through insights and recommendations.</li></ul><h3>5. VENDOR&AGENCY COORDINATION</h3><ul><li>Liaise with marketing agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure quality deliverables.</li><li>Track deliverables against SLAs and agreed timelines.</li><li>Support review and validation of invoices and deliverables.</li></ul><h3>6. STAKEHOLDER SUPPORT</h3><ul><li>Work closely with operations and clinic teams to support marketing initiatives.</li><li>Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business priorities.</li><li>Support internal communication of campaigns and promotions.</li></ul><h3>7. MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in<b>Marketing, Business Administration, or related field</b>.</li><li><b>2–5 years</b>of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or service‑based industries.</li><li>Hands‑on experience in<b>digital marketing channels</b>(social media, paid ads, content).</li><li>Experience working with<b>marketing agencies and vendors</b>.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous.</li></ul><h3>iv.
