Job Description

i. JOB SUMMARYThe Marketing Executive is responsible for executing marketing activities that support brand visibility, patient acquisition, and revenue growth. The role focuses on campaign execution, content coordination, digital marketing support, and performance tracking, ensuring all activities are delivered on time, aligned with brand standards, and supported by data‑driven insights.The post-holder works closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging, effective campaigns, and measurable outcomes.ii. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & COORDINATIONExecute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels in line with approved plans.Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables with internal teams and external agencies.Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand guidelines.2. DIGITAL MARKETING SUPPORTSupport execution of social media, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing campaigns.Coordinate with agencies on campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.Monitor campaign performance and elevate issues where required.3. CONTENT & BRAND MANAGEMENTCoordinate creation of marketing content including social media posts, website content, and promotional materials.Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.Maintain content calendars and ensure consistency across channels.4. PERFORMANCE TRACKING & REPORTINGTrack campaign performance using defined KPIs (leads, conversions, engagement, ROI).Prepare regular reports and dashboards for marketing leadership.Support data‑driven decision‑making through insights and recommendations.5. VENDOR & AGENCY COORDINATIONLiaise with marketing agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure quality deliverables.Track deliverables against SLAs and agreed timelines.Support review and validation of invoices and deliverables.6. STAKEHOLDER SUPPORTWork closely with operations and clinic teams to support marketing initiatives.Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business priorities.Support internal communication of campaigns and promotions.7. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & EXECUTION DISCIPLINEMaintain strong attention to detail and execution quality.Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.Skillsiii. MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or service‑based industries.Hands‑on experience in digital marketing channels (social media, paid ads, content).Experience working with marketing agencies and vendors.Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous.iv.
