Join us on our journey, reimagining fashion and redefining the meaning of luxury in the region.To plan and ensure execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and events for Bloomingdale’s KSA in full alignment with the policies and procedures of the Al Tayer Group (ATG) and the Brand guidelines.Strategic Roles and ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development and drive the execution of the omni marketing strategy for Bloomingdale’s KSA, ensuring alignment with ATG and Principals’ direction. Provide market, CRM, and competitive insights to inform decision‑making and strengthen brand performance. Lead integrated campaign planning and performance tracking to ensure effective and measurable execution.Functional Roles and ResponsibilitiesMaintain a thorough understanding of relevant Principal requirements and guidelines, ensuring the adherence to the guidelines across all managed marketing activitiesIdentify opportunities to enhance and build stronger brand equity for all brands represented and make suitable recommendations to the Division Marketing managerMap competitors’ activities vis a vis communication, pricing, packaging and planning in relation to allocated Al Tayer brand strategyDevelop and execute BTL, POS and marketing collateral in line with marketing objectives and ensure quality production of the sameWork with CRM team to build relevant initiatives and analytics to support the brand strategy and businessMaintain coordination will all ATG stakeholders to ensure full awareness of forthcoming collections / styles and communication opportunitiesProvide reports to BU / Principals on brand performance, marketing initiatives, customer mix, post event reports after each sponsorship/display activity, etc. as requiredEnsure accurate maintenance of the archiving system for all executed elements in the marketing calendarMaintain effective working relations and contacts with key external parties, such as vendors, mall management, etcParticipate in the development of the Marketing Strategy for the Business Portfolio (BP), ensuring that it is in line with ATG‘s and the Principals overall strategic directionWork with the cross functional teams to align on brand strategy and direction in the relevant region and marketResponsible for bringing cohesion to marketing process and campaign reporting across cross functional teams in marketing ,ensuring implementation as per agreement with Brand PartnersCreate, update and maintain the marketing calendar for all promotional initiativesPlan and implement the marketing, promotional plans and campaigns for the BP in close coordination with the BU and ensure compliance to the agreed budgetPeople Management Roles and ResponsibilitiesGuide and motivate indirect reports to enhance performance, deliver quality work, and support their development for higher‑level roles.Years of Experience6+ marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role working with/for brand conscious organizations in a relevant retail industryKnowledge and SkillsStrong understanding of luxury beauty and fashion landscapeProven marketing omnichannel expertise to deliver integrated campaigns and consistent brand impact across store and online channelsShould be able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skillsShould be able to extensively collaborate with stakeholdersShould be Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint & ExcelLanguagesArabic essentialMust have a good command of English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
