OverviewAbout CaloCalo is an app providing personalized meal plans for busy people through nutritional algorithms built with love by chefs nutritionists and software engineers.Launched in Bahrain in 2019 we have since expanded to 6 countries delivered millions of meals to our customers and launched our very own Grab & Go Cafe concepts.Were on a noble mission to make healthy easy. We have global ambitions - no small thinking here.Role OverviewAs we grow in the UAE were looking for a Marketing Manager to lead local efforts in a fast-paced direct-to-consumer startup environment. Youll be responsible for creating and executing high-impact data-driven campaigns that drive growth engagement and brand love across the region.Working closely with cross-functional teams youll craft tailored marketing strategies that speak to our UAE audience and align with business goals from campaign planning to performance analysis youll own the full marketing cycle with agility and focus.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end campaign management from concept to execution and post-campaign analysis ensuring timely locally relevant and on-brand rolloutsDevelop and activate community-building initiatives (events ambassador programs grassroots content) to grow Calos presence and loyalty in the local marketOversee the production of localized marketing assets (photo video content shoots) ensuring high-quality brand-aligned output across all channelsSource curate and repurpose user-generated content (UGC) to enhance authenticity and relatability across campaignsManage and grow local partnerships and brand collaborations to boost reach and resonanceSupport Go-To-Market execution for new product launches and features with clear localized messagingCollaborate with internal teams (Growth Creative Product CX) to align campaign messaging and deliveryTrack and report on brand KPIs campaign performance and community sentimentIdeal CandidateQualifications510 years of experience in marketing ideally within a high-growth B2C or D2C brandBackground in food wellness lifestyle or consumer tech is a strong plusExperience in a regional or market-level marketing role preferredKnowledge & CompetencyProven expertise in campaign planning and execution especially localized or culturally tailored initiativesStrong understanding of brand building community activation and partnership marketingExperience managing creative production workflows (photo/video shoots UGC collection branded content)Familiarity with influencer and ambassador programs and managing external creator relationshipsClear communicator and strong cross-functional collaborator especially with growth content and customer experienceComfortable analyzing brand KPIs and engagement metrics not just clicks and conversionsHighly organized proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environmentPersonalityProactive and resourcefulCustomer-first mindsetAdaptable and collaborativeResults-driven with attention to qualityEmpathetic leader who inspires and supports the teamRequired Experience:Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
