With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.ResponsibilitiesSet up the transactions marketing team within our marketing & communications teamWork closely with the transactions departments to support them in achieving commercial objectivesAssign roles and targets to your teamManage budgets to ensure maximum valueLead sales eventsWork with the performance marketing teams for effective campaign executionDesign and implement Social Media Campaigns to improve drive salesLead in-house creative/design team for BayutPerform social media audit for the competitive landscapeResearch new marketing platforms and creative mediums to meet commercial goalsManage PR for positive brand presence for all our transaction accountsEstablish mutually beneficial relationships with relevant media outletsTrack & report performance to the top managementWork on special projects given by the managementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Certifications in digital marketing, social media marketing, or public relations are a plusMinimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, preferably in real estate, e-commerce, or a technology companyProven track record of leading and managing marketing campaigns and events that drive sales and product adoptionExperience in setting up and managing marketing or communications departments, including building and leading teamsHands‑on experience in managing social media platforms, campaigns, and competitive auditsStrong background in public relations, including building relationships with media outlets and managing PR campaignsBudget management experience to ensure cost‑efficient marketing operationsComprehensive understanding of marketing communication strategies, brand management, and creative processesProficiency in social media management, including platform‑specific strategies and toolsFamiliarity with digital performance marketing metrics and campaign execution techniquesKnowledge of PR best practices and media landscape in the regionUnderstanding of emerging marketing platforms, trends, and technologiesExpertise in creative strategy development and in‑house creative team managementInsights into commercial objectives and the role of marketing in achieving themStrategic Thinking: Ability to align marketing strategies with organisational goalsLeadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate cross‑functional teams effectivelyProject Management: Strong organisational skills to handle multiple campaigns and special projects simultaneouslyAnalytical Skills: Capability to track performance metrics, analyse data, and create insightful reportsCreative Skills: Experience in crafting compelling campaigns and visual contentCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholdersNetworking: Strong relationship‑building skills with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholdersProblem‑Solving: Ability to navigate challenges and deliver innovative marketing solutionsBudget Management: Expertise in allocating and optimising marketing budgets effectivelyVisionary: Ability to foresee trends and craft long‑term marketing strategiesAdaptable: Comfortable with dynamic environments and quick to adopt new technologies or approachesInnovative: Continuously seeking fresh, creative ideas for campaigns and mediumsDetail‑oriented: Ensures precision and quality in every aspect of the marketing strategyCollaborative: Works effectively with commercial and performance marketing teamsResults‑driven: Focused on achieving tangible outcomes and meeting commercial objectivesResilient: Maintains composure and effectiveness under pressure or tight deadlinesPassionate: Demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm for marketing and brand‑buildingSelf‑motivated individual with strong curiosity, and strive for continuous learningThrives in a fast‑paced, innovative environmentLiving the team values: Simpler.
