As our Marketing Lead, you will define our institutional brand and act as a high-level consultant for our portfolio companies, ensuring they have the marketing frameworks and narratives needed to scale from seed to industry leaders.Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the overarching brand strategy for the firm to maintain its position as a top-tier destination for Web3 founders.Provide strategic marketing advisory to portfolio companies, assisting them with go-to-market strategies, narrative positioning, and launch execution.Lead the creation of high-impact content, including research reports, investment theses, and thought leadership pieces for senior partners.Oversee the firm’s digital presence across all major channels, ensuring a professional and forward-thinking institutional voice.Build and manage a network of external agencies and freelancers to support the marketing needs of both the firm and its portfolio projects.Requirements7+ years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion spent in the crypto VC or Web3 startup ecosystem.Proven track record of setting brand strategy and executing complex marketing campaigns in a high-stakes environment.Deep understanding of the crypto investment landscape and the unique marketing challenges faced by early-stage decentralized protocols.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise C-suite founders.Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
