<div><p><b>Section:</b>Al Ain Destination Management -<b>This role is based in Abu Dhabi city</b></p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced and strategic<b>Marketing Lead</b>to drive the promotion of Al Ain as a world-class, sustainable tourism and cultural destination. This role will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to elevate the region’s global profile.</p><ul><li>You will play a key role in shaping how Al Ain’s activities, events, and tourism products are positioned across regional and international markets.</li><li>ead the development and implementation of marketing plans for Al Ain’s tourism activities, events, and destinations</li><li>Collaborate with Strategic Marketing&Communications teams to ensure alignment with overarching objectives</li><li>Drive regional and international campaigns to enhance visibility and visitor engagement</li><li>Ensure all marketing initiatives align with Al Ain’s strategic goals and KPIs</li><li>Strong command of English (written and spoken) and Arabic.</li><li>Proven expertise in digital marketing and campaign management.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (Master’s preferred)</li><li>PMP certification is an advantage</li><li>5–7 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related field</li><li>Strong experience within the tourism sector is highly preferred</li><li>Regional experience in Al Ain and/or Al Dhafra is a plus</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
