Job Description

Atheer Connectivity is a Saudi deep‑tech startup building the future of last‑mile wireless connectivity through mmWave technology. We are growing fast and looking for a Marketing Manager to join as the founding member of our marketing function. This is a high‑ownership, zero‑to‑one role. You will not be joining an existing team — you will be building the marketing department from scratch. That means setting the foundation: brand voice, content, campaigns, and partnerships. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership, and your output will have immediate, visible impact on how Atheer is perceived in the market.Brand & MessagingDevelop and own Atheer’s brand voice, positioning, and visual identity across all channelsEnsure consistency in how we communicate with operators, enterprise clients, and end consumersContent & Social MediaCreate and manage content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and other relevant platformsWrite copy for campaigns, product launches, decks, and collateral — in both English and ArabicBuild a content calendar and maintain publishing disciplineCampaigns & Lead GenerationPlan and execute paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, Snapchat, and others)Track performance metrics, run experiments, and optimize for resultsSupport B2C and B2B demand generation initiativesAgency & Vendor ManagementBrief, manage, and hold accountable external marketing agencies and creative vendorsReview deliverables, give structured feedback, and ensure quality and alignmentGTM & Commercial SupportPartner with the commercial team on go‑to‑market materials for operator and developer partnershipsCreate pitch decks, one‑pagers, and presentations tailored to different stakeholder audiencesRepresent Atheer at industry events and community initiativesOperations & SetupStand up marketing tools, processes, and reporting infrastructure from scratchBuild a roadmap for the marketing function and propose team expansion as the company growsQualificationsNon‑Negotiables2 to 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a startup, agency, or high‑growth environmentDemonstrable track record of owning and executing marketing initiatives end‑to‑endStrong written communication in both English and ArabicComfortable working independently with minimal structure and no playbook to followA bias for action — you ship things, learn, and improveStrong SignalsExperience across multiple marketing disciplines (content, paid, brand, comms) rather than one narrow specialtyFamiliarity with paid media platforms and the ability to read and act on campaign dataExperience managing or coordinating external agencies or freelancersExposure to B2B or enterprise marketing alongside B2CBackground in tech, telecom, or infrastructure sectorsPersonality & Working StyleEntrepreneurial — you see gaps and fill them without being askedStructured thinker who can move quickly without losing qualityStrong communication skills and comfort presenting to leadershipCurious about technology and able to translate complex products into simple, compelling messagesLow ego, high ownership — you are comfortable doing strategy and execution at the same timeBenefitsDirect access to leadership and real decision‑making authorityA product that is genuinely differentiated — mmWave wireless technology solving a real infrastructure problemA lean, fast‑moving team where impact is visible and recognizedCompetitive compensation with equity participation#J-18808-Ljbffr
