Job Description

"Marketing Head - F&B" (Food and Beverage) is a senior executive responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for a food and beverage business, including creating promotional campaigns, managing brand presence, and increasing revenue through various marketing channels.Key responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive, short-term, and long-term marketing and PR plans to increase revenue, awareness, and customer visits.Plan and launch promotional campaigns to attract customers and drive sales.Oversee the development of a brand's presence and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.Manage marketing budgets and contribute to achieving financial targets for F&B operations.Deep understanding of F&B marketing principles and digital marketing tools.Experience in managing teams and projects within a competitive industry.Strong communication skills to coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage industry and relevant laws and regulations.Required skills and qualificationsEducation: A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.Experience: Typically requires 6 to 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries.Strategic thinking: The ability to translate market insights into actionable strategic plans that drive business growth.Bilingual - English & Arabic#J-18808-Ljbffr
