Today, Voile Chic stands as the #1 online hijab brand founded in Canada and one of the worlds leading online hijab stores.Your Goals in This Role:Leverage our customer base to boost sales and expand our social media reach.Develop our Shopify brand through targeted e-commerce promotions and email marketing.Double our sales and customer base.Enhance our social media presence by growing our TikTok following and engaging with our 250k Instagram followers and email list.Key Responsibilities:Devise and implement strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets and customer acquisition goals.Optimize our social media channels to amplify brand messaging and drive conversions.Execute compelling e-commerce promotions that resonate with our target audience.Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and drive repeat purchases.Find and collaborate with influencers to become brand ambassadorsRequirements:Proven experience in a similar role within the e-commerce industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.Proficiency in Shopify, email marketing and social media platforms.Creativity and innovation in developing engaging marketing campaigns.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Important: In line with the cultural and religious intricacies vital to the brand, we are specifically seeking a female professional for this role.
