Job Description

OverviewWe are hiring a Marketing Executive to support sponsorship and exhibitor sales for a major international event in the mining and resources sector. Based in Riyadh, you'll help drive revenue by running targeted campaigns, producing sales enablement tools, and working side by side with the sales team to convert leads into clients.ResponsibilitiesBuild and run targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and paid ads to drive sponsorship and exhibitor salesOwn the marketing push for SpEx offers and promotions — developing content and managing deploymentManage HubSpot campaigns, segmentation, and reporting to support sales and track lead engagementCreate tailored sales tools and content — from email templates and follow-up scripts to one-pagers, slide decks, and WhatsApp outreach messagesCoordinate partner promotions to amplify campaign messaging and drive trafficSupport the development and optimisation of paid social ads and retargeting campaignsMonitor and assess competitive events and industry activity to inform positioning and uncover new anglesCollaborate daily with the local and international sales team to align priorities, refine messaging, and support pipeline conversionWork with the design team to brief creative assets and ensure consistent branding across all materialsReport on campaign performance and continuously improve based on data and feedbackSkills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldProven ability to deliver performance-driven campaigns across multiple digital channelsStrong grasp of digital marketing platforms including email automation (HubSpot preferred), paid social, and analytics toolsExperience creating content and assets tailored for sales enablement (e.g. decks, follow-ups, WhatsApp messaging)Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work across time zones with international teams and thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environmentExperience in the mining, resources, energy, or finance sectorsFamiliarity with the MENA region and the dynamics of international B2B conferencesWhy Join Us?Be part of a globally respected events business with a legacy in the mining and resources sectorHelp deliver events that shape the future of energy, critical minerals, sustainability, and investmentJoin a collaborative, ambitious team where your work directly supports commercial outcomesWork across international markets, gain exposure to global clients, and help drive impact across the MENA regionWork across international markets, gain exposure to global clients, and help drive impact across the MENA regionAbout the companyMassar Business Solutions#J-18808-Ljbffr
