We are seeking an experiencedMarketing Executiveto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving brand visibility, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and business objectives. This role requires strong analytical capability, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.Job SummaryThe Marketing Executive is responsible for maximizing the company’s profitability through the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans. The role involves managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, maintaining customer databases, and supporting the wider marketing team in enhancing brand performance and market reach.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns.Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and brand positioning.Identify and define target audiences based on research insights.Generate and present ideas, strategies, and marketing concepts.Prepare and distribute financial, statistical, and performance reports.Organize and manage events, trade shows, and product exhibitions.Update and maintain CRM systems to support marketing and customer engagement activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and publishers.Monitor campaign performance using defined KPIs and prepare reports on results.Collaborate with managers to prepare marketing budgets and track expenditures.Support ongoing competitor analysis, including pricing, promotions, and brand presentation.Job RequirementsKnowledge & SkillsStrong command of market research methods and analytical tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creativity and innovation in campaign development and marketing materials.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing, SEO).Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for ROI.ERP knowledge is essential; SAP experience is preferred.ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of total work experience.At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience.GCC experience (minimum 2 years) is an advantage.CompetenciesAgilityResilienceQuality FocusLeadershipProject Management (Level 2)Digital Marketing (Level 2)Market Research (Level 2)Media Knowledge (Level 2)Marketing Strategies (Level 2)EducationBachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
