With more than 30 years of experience, the company delivers high-quality cleaning services to government entities, hotels, commercial facilities, and educational institutions.MECC is theexclusive distributor in Qatarfor leading international systems including:HOST Dry Extraction Carpet Cleaning SystemARIDEX Dry Upholstery CleaningAs aBICSc Corporate Member and ISO-certified company , MECC is committed to delivering professional services through innovation, international standards, and continuous improvement.Role DescriptionWe are seeking aMarketing & Business Development Specialistto join our team in Doha.The primary responsibility of this role is togenerate new business opportunities and secure service contractswith organisations across Qatar, including hotels, schools, government entities, and commercial facilities.The role combinesmarketing, sales, and client relationship developmentto support the company’s growth.Key responsibilities include:Identifying and approachingpotential clients and decision-makersGenerating qualified leads and new contract opportunitiesConducting market research to identify high-value sectors and prospectsDeveloping and executing marketing campaigns that generate business inquiriesSupporting the sales team in client meetings and presentationsBuilding relationships with facility managers, procurement teams, and operations leadersPromoting MECC’s specialised cleaning technologies and servicesTracking leads, proposals, and contract opportunitiesCoordinating with internal teams to support client onboarding and service deliveryQualificationsStrongcommunication and relationship-building skillsProven ability to generate leads and bring new clientsExperience in sales, marketing, or business developmentAbility to identify and approach decision-makers in organisationsStrong market research and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prospectsExperience with digital marketing tools and Linked In outreachis an advantageBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferredExperience infacility management, hospitality, or cleaning industryis a strong advantageKey Performance ExpectationThe most important success indicator for this role is theability to generate new contracts and business opportunities for MECC.Candidates with a proven ability to bring clients and secure service agreements will be prioritised
