Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive, you will undertake marketing projects for the benefit of Bukhash Brothers. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can boost the company’s engagement, platforms and success according to trends and market requirements. You will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. You must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image. Your goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the client’s interest in our services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.What you’ll do:Research the market, analyzing trends to help define the organization's marketing strategyObtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each service and directing promotional support.Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determining company presence at events, conferences, etc.Collect data on market competitors, including prices, campaigns, as well as marketing and distribution methods • Gather and analyze information on customer needs and preferences with the goal of identifying potential markets for salesDevelop reports and presentations on findings, create graphics to illustrate important information and translate complex findings and materials into easy-to-understand textDevelop and execute marketing initiatives to appeal to target audience using appropriate channels such as email, social media and traditional mediaBrainstorm with team members to develop creative ideas for promotional events and campaigns, and liaise with third‑party vendors to execute successful eventsDevelop means of measuring effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns, including advertising and communications strategiesDesign digital media campaigns aligned with business goalsCoordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)Manage end-to-end digital projectsEstablish our web presence to boost brand awarenessMaintain a strong online company voice through social mediaLiaise with branding team to achieve brand consistencySuggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitabilityMonitor ROI and KPIs of Bukhash BrothersStay up-to-date with digital media developmentsInitiate events and campaigns to create innovative, creative, and engaging contentCoordinate with the different departments to develop timelines coinciding with activations, company news and other messagesTrack and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)Analyze paid social media campaigns to determine efficacy and areas for improvementYou’ll love this job if you're:Highly trustworthy, discreet and ethical.Team player.
