This is a founding, hands‑on role — not one that inherits a team, but one that defines the category, credibility, and market narrative across the US and MENA.You will operate as a practitioner‑leader: equally fluent in earned media and product positioning. You will help define it, frame it, and defend it across priority markets.Based in Abu Dhabi — the company’s operational center of gravity — you will work directly with the founder and leadership team, leveraging strong enterprise partnerships and deep technical differentiation to build a world‑class communications engine with global reach.ResponsibilitiesLead Global Communications (US & MENA)Build and lead a US‑first global communications function while maintaining strong credibility across the UAE and broader MENA. Position Analog as the category leader in Physical Intelligence — trusted in Western markets and respected across the Gulf.Narrative & MessagingOwn Analog’s narrative architecture, including positioning, core messaging, proof points, competitive framing, FAQs, and spokesperson guidance. Ensure global consistency while thoughtfully adapting messaging for regional markets and regulatory environments. Define and shape the Physical Intelligence category before competitors do.Earned Media & Executive CommunicationsLead earned media across US tier‑one tech and enterprise press, alongside UAE/MENA regional and government media. Drive executive communications — POVs, keynotes, op‑eds, and media preparation — elevating the CEO and leadership team as authoritative voices. Build trusted relationships with journalists, analysts, and key government stakeholders.Launches, Reputation & Regional PresenceOwn communications for product launches, partnerships, major announcements, and crisis moments. Manage the PR agency ecosystem with clear performance metrics tied to business impact. Lead presence at key regional platforms such as GITEX and ADIPEC, supporting brand growth across the GCC.Product MarketingDefine positioning, ICPs, messaging, and differentiation across Analog’s portfolio — World Model, Hive, Robotics, Ana — and vertical solutions. Translate complex capabilities into clear enterprise value.Category LeadershipFrame Physical Intelligence as the next evolution of AI, establishing Analog as the market leader through strong competitive positioning and differentiated messaging.Go‑to‑Market StrategyLead integrated GTM planning across launches, adoption strategy, pricing narratives, and sales alignment. Partner closely with Product and Partnerships to ensure credible, capability‑backed messaging.Revenue EnablementDevelop high‑impact sales assets — decks, one‑pagers, case studies, demo narratives — and practical enablement tools including battlecards, objection handling, ROI messaging, and “why now” positioning to accelerate pipeline and close rates.Analyst RelationsBuild structured engagement with leading global analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC and specialist firms). Develop a 12–18 month roadmap toward Magic Quadrant/Wave inclusion. Ensure proof points are validated and delivered in analyst‑ready formats, translating analyst insight into strategic advantage.Executive Voice & Brand TrustStrengthen Analog’s authority through clarity, transparency, and measurable proof — particularly in complex AI‑adjacent domains. Scale executive presence at top‑tier events such as NVIDIA GTC, Gartner Summits, and GITEX. Turn strategic partnerships and high‑profile sponsorships into credibility‑building media moments.
