As a Marketing Consultant, you will lead data-driven strategies, provide actionable insights, and support clients in achieving their business objectives.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p><b>Advanced Data Analysis&Insights:</b></p><ul><li>Analyze complex marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.</li><li>Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL for advanced data modeling and reporting.</li></ul><p><b>Conversational Design&Emerging Tech:</b></p><ul><li>Lead initiatives in Chatbots, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, TTS, and STT to enhance customer engagement and experience.</li></ul><p><b>Contact Center&CX Analytics:</b></p><ul><li>Drive optimization of Contact Center platforms such as Genesys, Sprinklr, and Microsoft.</li><li>Utilize Qualtrics and Medallia for Voice of Customer (VoC) insights and CX measurement.</li></ul><p><b>Market Research&Campaign Optimization:</b></p><ul><li>Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer behavior and competitive landscapes.</li><li>Evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to improve ROI and KPIs.</li></ul><p><b>CX Operating Models:</b></p><ul><li>Design and implement CX Operating Models for large-scale organizations, ensuring alignment with client goals.</li></ul><p><b>Strategic Reporting&Stakeholder Engagement:</b></p><ul><li>Develop detailed reports and dashboards to present insights to senior stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a consulting or digital agency environment.</li><li>Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and CRM platforms.</li><li>Proven experience with Conversational Design, Contact Center platforms, and VoC tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of CX strategies, digital marketing channels, and campaign optimization.</li></ul><h3>Key Skills</h3><ul><li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li><li>Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
