Dubai Schools Nad Al Sheba is seeking a bilingual Marketing & Communications Executive to join their distinguished school.In this role, you will champion the school’s brand, drive enrolment growth, and elevate the parent experience through strategic marketing, compelling storytelling, and strong digital execution.What You Will DoThe School Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing activities to promote the school's brand, increase student enrollment, and support overall growth.Overall responsibility for the delivery of marketing and communications activities, with a focus on acquiring new parents and delivering positive experience to existing parentsManagement of the school social media channels and internal and external communicationPromote, showcase and market the school to both external and internal stakeholders – primarily parents, prospective parents, press and social media outletsThrough a range of marketing, communication and social media tactics develop stronger loyalty and advocacy for the school and the wider Taaleem group to ensure the school meets its recruitment, reputation and retention targetsExecute Central Office Taaleem Marketing strategy and support the creation of a school specificMarketing strategy, working closely alongside CO Marketing teamKey Accountabilities:Marketing Strategy Development:In tandem with the Marketing manager, develop and execute the marketing strategy to enhance the school's brand awareness and reputation.Collaborate with the school's leadership team to align marketing objectives with the institution's goals and values.In charge of the school’s Marketing budget planning Digital MarketingManage the school’s online presence and oversee the development and implementation of digital campaignsOversee the school's website, ensuring it provides accurate and compelling information to attract prospective students and parentsUtilize various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), to reach and engage with the target audience effectivelyCoordinate with external agencies to develop impactful advertising strategies and monitor campaign performance.Content Creation and Marketing Collateral:Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, such as the school's website, blog, social media platforms, newsletters, and email campaigns.Collaborate with agencies to develop marketing collaterals such as videos, brochures, flyers, etc.Ensure all marketing materials align with the school's brand guidelines and effectively communicate the school's unique value propositions.Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities to enhance the school’s brand visibilityEvents and Open Days:In tandem with the school Admission Team, plan, organize, and promote school events, open days, information sessions, and tours to attract prospective students and parents.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics and create a positive experience for attendees.Promote school events on all school digital platformsIdentify partnership opportunities to enhance the school's visibilityAnalytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, and conversion ratesGenerate monthly and termly reports to assess the effectiveness of the school marketing strategy and provide insights for continuous improvement.Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the school remains at the foreground of marketing innovation.General:Support and provide cover for the schools Admission Team if neededEnsure the Taaleem & School policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all timesAttend the marketing weekly and monthly meetings as requiredPerform other duties as requested by direct & dotted reporting line managers / supervisorsWorking within budget guidelines and company proceduresWho Are We Looking ForEducation:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communication preferred.Experience:Experience in a marketing/communication role, with a minimum of two years in a customer focused role preferably in a service industry.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media platforms, and advertising principles.Experience in Marketing, Communication or customer engagement
