Job Description As a Lead Generation Specialist at A.J. Gallagher, your role will involve organizing, distributing, and tracking leads obtained via digital channels. You will play a crucial part in refining the lead management process and ensuring the growth and revenue attribution of website leads. Your efforts will directly impact the success of online marketing campaigns and the overall lead generation strategy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform daily monitoring of online marketing campaigns and contact us/connect with an expert requests from corporate websites.
- Collaborate closely with the website and marketing automation teams to enhance the lead management process.
- Document and communicate the end-to-end lead management process within the organization.
- Assess and suggest methods to optimize and streamline the lead process.
- Track and measure new leads and engagement across existing and new accounts, providing recommendations for growth.
- Generate lead/opportunity reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate lead progress and conversion rates.
- Utilize marketing automation tools like Salesforce.com for program execution and success tracking.
- Quality check the leads in SFDC to ensure active engagement from sales teams.
- Collaborate with marketing & sales to identify sales-ready leads based on scoring demographic & behavioral factors.
- Ensure streamlined operation of marketing automation & SFDC sync at all times.
- Assign sales qualified leads to the appropriate salesperson and direct other inquiries to the relevant department.
**Qualifications:**
- Any graduation/ post-graduation degree.
