As a Marketing Consultant, you will lead data-driven strategies, provide actionable insights, and support clients in achieving their business objectives.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>Advanced Data Analysis&Insights:<br><br><br><li>Analyze complex marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.<br></li><li>Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL for advanced data modeling and reporting.<br><br><br></li><strong>Conversational Design&Emerging Tech:<br><br><br></strong><li>Lead initiatives in Chatbots, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, TTS, and STT to enhance customer engagement and experience.<br><br><br></li>Contact Center&CX Analytics:<br><br><br><li>Drive optimization of Contact Center platforms such as Genesys, Sprinklr, and Microsoft.<br></li><li>Utilize Qualtrics and Medallia for Voice of Customer (VoC) insights and CX measurement.<br><br><br></li>Market Research&Campaign Optimization:<br><br><br><li>Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer behavior and competitive landscapes.<br></li><li>Evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to improve ROI and KPIs.<br><br><br></li>CX Operating Models:<br><br><br><li>Design and implement CX Operating Models for large-scale organizations, ensuring alignment with client goals.<br><br><br></li>Strategic Reporting&Stakeholder Engagement:<br><br><br><li>Develop detailed reports and dashboards to present insights to senior stakeholders.<br></li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.<br><br><br></li><strong>Qualifications:<br><br><br></strong><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.<br></li><li>4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a consulting or digital agency environment.<br></li><li>Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and CRM platforms.<br></li><li>Proven experience with Conversational Design, Contact Center platforms, and VoC tools.<br></li><li>Strong understanding of CX strategies, digital marketing channels, and campaign optimization.<br><br><br></li><strong>Key Skills:<br><br><br></strong><li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.<br></li><li>Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling.<br></li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.<br></li><li>Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.<br><br><br></li></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
