Lead development and of annual/multiyear plans with Visas Clients and Partners (Financial Institutions Merchants and FinTechs). In doing so leverage Visas Sponsorship assets capabilities partnerships and advisory services:Develop a clear understanding of the clients business strategy and objectives and tie those in with Visas strategic objectives in the marketUse a datadriven approach leveraging consumer trends and insights to propose business growthdriving initiativesExhibit a strong understanding of digital marketing practices and advise clients on the best path forward to achieve strong business results using tools platforms influencers and sponsorship assetsIdentify new market opportunities that will increase valueadded services to clients and end consumersEstablish develop and maintain strong collaborative working relationships across internal and external stakeholders.Build strong relationships with clients internal stakeholders and agency partners translating strategy into objective actions and driving efficiency within defined processesInfluence and gain the support of client partners to participate in Visa marketing activities through a high level of collaboration influence and negotiationExecute digital marketing campaigns and other initiatives to drive Visas strategic objectives and clients business goalsEffectively leverage Visas sponsorship assets partnerships capabilities across the region and globally to deliver incredible value to our client partnersThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.Qualifications :Basic QualificationsKnowledge of various digital marketing channels including social media email marketing and content marketing.Understanding of how to measure and analyze the performance of different channels.Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsAbility to work with large datasets and data visualization tools in order to create engagement opportunities and drive strategic outcomesStrong planning and project management skills with advanced written and spoken communicationSignificant experience in marketing with a strong campaign planning and implementation marketing planning targetsetting and strong track record of flawless and deliveryStrong understanding of key P&L drivers to build effective business casesStrong understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing practicesDemonstrated track record in the management of external clients agencies and the development of through the line campaign materialsStrong selfmanagement skills including demonstrable drive and energyStrong understanding of the region multicultural sensitivity and a commitment to drive an inclusive cultureCandidate must be open to travel as relevant within Visas safety and security policiesPreferred QualificationsTech FMCG retail banking experience is advantageous.Bachelors in Business Management Advertising or equivalent degree /diplomaProven relationship management and sales skillsA minimum of 3 years experience in marketingAdditional Information :Visa is an EEO Employer.
