- Managing and mentoring a team of market research analysts to ensure high-quality research outputs.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on market research, providing guidance to cross-functional teams and educating employees on best practices.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for research to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop customer satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensuring all research activities comply with ethical and legal standards, including data privacy regulations.
- Continuously evaluating and improving research processes to increase efficiency and quality.
