SPIE Global Services Energy relies on an extensive local network to quickly deploy resources and meet its customers' needs in the safest possible conditions.Drawing on the expertise of its 5,000 employees, SPIE Global Services Energy helps players in the oil, gas and renewable energies industries improve the technical performance of their infrastructure, increase their energy efficiency and reduce their carbon footprint.With 55,000 employees and a strong local presence, SPIE group achieved in 2024 consolidated revenue of €9.9 billion and consolidated EBITA of €712 million.Reference2025-41489Publication date30/12/2025Contract typeFixed-term-contractContractual hoursFull timeWe currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy Middle East LLC Doha, Qatar for a :Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & DesignPrepare and review designs for marine structures based on civil engineering principles.Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations for marine projects.Construction SupervisionMonitor and supervise marine construction activities to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.Technical AnalysisPerform structural analysis and load calculations for marine infrastructure.Ensure compliance with international marine engineering standards and local regulations.Quality & SafetyImplement quality control measures and safety protocols on-site.Conduct risk assessments and environmental impact evaluations.Documentation & ReportingPrepare technical reports, progress updates, and as-built documentation.Maintain accurate records of project activities and approvals.ProfileBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Marine or Coastal Engineering specialisation preferred).ExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in marine construction projects (ports, jetties, dredging, breakwaters).Technical SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and marine design software.Knowledge of geotechnical and hydrodynamic principles.Soft SkillsStrong project management and communication skills.Ability to work in challenging marine environments.What can we offer you?We offer long-term contract with attractive daily rate, insurance coverage, transportation & expat standard accommodation.Minimum level of experience required6 years or moreRequired authorisationsFit to workLanguagesEnglish (C-Professional working proficiency)SPIE Global Services Energy is committed to promote diversity.
