Marine Insurance - Account Handler

Key ResponsibilitiesFocus on new enquiries renewals and daytoday maintenance of assigned accounts in the Marine team.Handle all aspects of Account Management including preparation of slips endorsements and renewal statistics.Set up new policies and ensure they comply with underwriting requirements.Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and problems providing excellent customer service.Maintain strong industry knowledge by staying uptodate on relevant regulations and market trends.Skills & QualificationsBachelors / Masters Degree.5 years relevant experience in a similar role.Proven experience working as a broker technician or as an Account Handler within the Marine Hull or Cargo space and have a passion for Marine Insurance.Confident in demonstrating the company values of being accountable entrepreneurial collaborative empowering and disciplined.Excellent IT and organizational skills.Strong communication and negotiation skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
