Take advantage of new opportunities and take on exciting tasks and attractive positions with direct customer assignment.Job DescriptionLocation Abu Dhabi, UAE / OffshoreSector Oil & Gas / Offshore Marine ServicesJob Purpose To review, verify, and endorse technical analyses, procedures, and engineering studies related to marine transportation, offloading, offshore installation, vessel performance, and marine machinery reliability. We are seeking experienced Marine Consultancy Services Professionals to support offshore marine operations, inspections, engineering reviews, diving supervision, and vessel/barge representation activities for major offshore oil and gas projects. These roles require strong offshore experience, solid understanding of marine safety and operational standards, and the ability to work in demanding offshore project environments. Suitable candidates will be assigned based on project needs across marine inspection, advisory, engineering, diving, and offshore construction support functions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport routine marine office activities including vessel monitoring, tender scope preparation, risk assessment review, and contractor auditsConduct technical inspections of vessels and jack‑up barges/rigs for operational and HSE complianceEvaluate machinery performance, fuel efficiency, and reliability of hired marine vesselsMaintain and verify fuel consumption records and prepare periodic monitoring reportsFollow up on classification compliance after repairs or damageProvide engineering input for projects, incidents, and technical investigationsPrepare marine engineering technical reports as requiredQualificationsUnlimited Class 1 Motor Certificate of Competency from an accepted issuing countryExperienceMinimum 5 years as Marine Chief Engineer on vessels above 5000 HPRelevant office‑based marine industry experienceShipbuilding experience is an advantageAdditional InformationStrong offshore oil and gas marine experienceSound knowledge of marine safety, HSE, and operational proceduresExperience working with offshore vessels, barges, or marine construction unitsGood technical reporting and communication skills in EnglishAbility to work in offshore operational environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsStrong compliance mindset and familiarity with international marine standards and best practicesPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted#J-18808-Ljbffr
