Take advantage of new opportunities and take on exciting tasks and attractive positions with direct customer assignment.Job DescriptionLocationAbu Dhabi, UAE / OffshoreSectorOil & Gas / Offshore Marine ServicesJob PurposeTo act as the company’s marine representative and provide marine/HSE advisory support for offshore logistics, vessel operations, offshore lifting, installation works, and technical marine compliance activities. We are seeking experienced Marine Consultancy Services Professionals to support offshore marine operations, inspections, engineering reviews, diving supervision, and vessel/barge representation activities for major offshore oil and gas projects. These roles require strong offshore experience, solid understanding of marine safety and operational standards, and the ability to work in demanding offshore project environments. Suitable candidates will be assigned based on project needs across marine inspection, advisory, engineering, diving, and offshore construction support functions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct marine vessel inspections from marine and HSE perspectivesSupport daily marine office activities such as vessel monitoring, scope preparation, technical reviews, and contractor auditsWitness and monitor offshore lifts and installation activitiesParticipate in or lead incident investigationsProvide technical marine advice to contractor marine personnelVerify marine operational documents and compliance recordsPrepare required technical and operational reportsParticipate in emergency response management and reportingEnsure marine HSE rules and procedures are properly implementedQualificationsMaster Mariner Class 1 Certificate of Competency (STCW compliant) from an accepted issuing country, orBSc in Maritime Discipline or equivalentStrong spoken and written EnglishGood computer and report writing skillsExperienceMinimum 10 years of offshore oil and gas experienceExperience serving as Master on vessels such as PSV, AHTS, heavy lift, dive support, construction, pipe lay, cable lay, DP, or conventional vesselsFamiliarity with offshore marine standards, field logistics, and offshore installation support activitiesAdditional InformationStrong offshore oil and gas marine experienceSound knowledge of marine safety, HSE, and operational proceduresExperience working with offshore vessels, barges, or marine construction unitsGood technical reporting and communication skills in EnglishAbility to work in offshore operational environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsStrong compliance mindset and familiarity with international marine standards and best practices#J-18808-Ljbffr
