This role is central to ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of critical components that support our advanced engineering projects.</p><p>The ideal candidate has a<b>strong background in CNC machiningand/orCastingprocesses</b>, understandstolerancesand engineering drawings, and has successfully managed suppliers for<b>machined parts from RFQ through to Quality Control</b>.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage<b>end-to-end projects</b>for precision-machined parts, from RFQ to delivery.</li><li>Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor relationships.</li><li>Review and interpret<b>2D engineering drawings and GD&T requirements</b>to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Collaborate with suppliers on<b>CNC machining methods (milling, turning, tooling)</b>to ensure manufacturability.</li><li>Oversee<b>quality control and inspection processes</b>to guarantee compliance with specifications.</li><li>Coordinate internally with design, procurement, and quality teams to meet project milestones.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li><b>Bachelor’s orMaster’s in Mechanical Engineering</b>(or related field).</li><li><b>5–10 years’ experience</b>in managing<b>CNC machining / precision mechanical parts procurement projects</b>.</li><li>Proventrack recordin<b>supplier/vendor management, RFQs,purchasing, and project delivery</b>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of<b>CNC machining processes, tolerances, GD&T, and material specifications</b>.</li><li>Experience in<b>quality control and inspection ofmachinedcomponents</b>.</li><li>Excellent communication and project management skills.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Experience</h3><ul><li>Supplier management for<b>machined components</b>in industries such as<b>energy, aerospace, automotive, or industrial equipment</b>.</li><li>Familiarity with<b>supply chain optimization and vendor qualification</b>.</li><li>Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.</li></ul><h3>Why JoinImmensa?</h3><ul><li>Be part of a pioneering engineering company delivering<b>cutting-edgesolutions</b>.</li><li>Work on projects where<b>precision machining and supplier excellence</b>directlyimpactsuccess.</li><li>Opportunity to grow in a<b>fast-paced, innovative environment</b>.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
