Manufacturing Engineer (Emiratized role)

Job OverviewThe Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems to optimize production efficiency while maintaining cost-effective and high-quality outputs. The role supports design for manufacturability, resolves technical production challenges, and ensures smooth introduction of new processes and products using Lean Manufacturing principles.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate manufacturing launch for new or revised productsCreate and maintain BOMs and routings for new and existing part numbersDesign and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems to enhance efficiency and qualityDevelop, test, and justify tools, machinery, and equipment for new or improved production methodsIdentify and resolve production workflow issues such as bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and machine reliabilitySupport continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principlesPrepare facility layouts and equipment drawings using CAD softwareProvide technical guidance and support to manufacturing and production teamsRecommend and implement improvements to processes, methods, and controlsSupport quoting and order management processes with technical inputDevelop and maintain technical procedures, reports, and documentationParticipate in problem-solving activities and root cause analysisSkillsKnowledge of manufacturing processes, machine design, welding, and CNC machiningProficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control)Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologiesBasic knowledge of Six Sigma principles (certification is a plus)Strong analytical and problem‑solving skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesMechanically inclined with attention to detailQualifications0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field)Lean Green Belt / Black Belt or Six Sigma certification is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
