Manpower Supply Manager

<div><p>We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Manpower Supply Manager to join our team in Al Khobar. In this role, you will manage the supply of skilled&unskilled workers for various projects in the oil&gas industry and in the construction sectors.</p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>With experienced in Shutdown and Maintenance Works</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.</li><li>Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.</li><li>Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.</li></ul><h3>Duties and Responsibilities:</h3><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Attend client meetings for business development to develop and implement manpower plans to meet project requirements and organizational goals.</li><li>Manage and support operations on a daily basis.</li><li>Oversee recruitment, selection, and deployment of personnel, ensuring timely placement and adherence to budget.</li><li>Manage relationships with staffing agencies and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely provision of manpower.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all manpower operations.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed personnel, providing feedback and support as needed.</li><li>Coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of deployed personnel.</li><li>Optimize resource allocation to meet project demands while minimizing costs.</li><li>Generate reports and analyze manpower data to identify trends, assess efficiency, and inform decision-making.</li><li>Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of manpower operations.</li><li>Ensure the health and safety of deployed personnel through adherence to safety protocols and regulations.</li><li>Prefers Iqama is Transferrable</li></ul><h3>Education + Experience</h3><p>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</p><p>5 years of experience in manpower supply management of skilled&unskilled workers for various</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
