You should be someone who has excellent communication skills and isreally passionateabout fashion, music, art, new products and nails!Be committed to deliver the set revenue targets by management on a weekly and monthly basis. Perform professional nail services and therapies to effectively satisfy the guests of the Salon as well as showing willingness to train in any new skills and techniques offered by the company.Key responsibilitiesTo perform nail therapies in accordancetothe Salon’s nail services SOP’sRecommend clients appropriate homecare products during each service sessionTo strive to achieve individual revenue target and set goalsTo take responsibility in building a clientele on a regular basisTo assist fellow members of the team in their work and show supportToattendevents outside of the Brand in order to promote the brand externallyTaking proper care of the tools and equipmentMaintaining adequate inventory level and assisting in product ordering process by checking existing productsTo adhere to the standards of sterilization and sanitation as routed by the Salon and MunicipalityEnsure working areas are kept clean and all equipment and products are used with care.To attend all internal and external trainings of products and servicesGeneral requirementsMaintain immaculate grooming standards at all timeHigh energy and flexible, Friendly and approachable to clients and staff all the timePersonality fit with the Brand’s DNA, style and spiritTo utilise working hours productivelyTo assist fellow members of the team in their work and show supportTo attend and be committed towards training and progression within the brandTo apply professionalism and a high level of customer service at all timeDelivering results within a highly motivated and fast paced environment.To understand and adhere to company POLICIES & PROCEDURES and SOPs.
